Torrefacto

We've been looking for coffee like we had in Spain, until I realized it was how they roast their coffee beans, the torrefacto roast. I ordered a bag and man, it was perfect! Bold, and full flavored, but not acidic or bitter at all. I sure do recommend trying their torrefacto roast, it's great, and the shipping was very fast!

Thanks so much for producing this. Outside of Spain it is nearly unheard of. Makes a perfect cafe con leche.

I was supposed to get beans, not ground coffee, but even though the packaging had a sticker on it that said "Beans," it was actually ground coffee. I don't usually care about that but bc it's something I'm not going to drink everyday, beans would have been better because they do not degrade as quickly as ground coffee does. The coffee is decent, but it is acidic. So I gave it a three out of five. Definitely a little rough on the palate. Even with cream and sugar it was not totally satisfying. Glad to have the experience of a torrefacto! Thank you for that.

Very smooth! I think this may be my new favorite coffee.

Great, bold flavor, full of nutty coffee goodness. Good by itself or blended with my Yirgacheffe.
