I retired a few years ago, so with things slowing down a bit I started using a French press and savoring my morning coffee.The French press made a huge improvement in my coffee. We found a local, vet owned coffee roaster that we LOVED. But he has since passed away and finding a replacement roaster was difficult. We visited Chapel Valley B&B, owned by a fellow submarine ship mate where we first sampled your coffee. It is VERY good and packaging 16 oz as a pound is novel and I love it.

In the French press, this coffee is excellent. More wonderful side notes with this coffee than anything mass marketed or $15-20 for a 12 oz ‘pound’.

It’s strong! Just what I expected-delicious!
